Only candidates recommended to us who meet our strict and selective registration policy will be able to register with us and be considered for positions with clients. As soon as a vacancy is placed with us we will go about sourcing or selecting the most suitable candidate/s. If we do not already have the candidate on our database we will advertise the position and source someone specifically. As soon as a suitable candidate has been sourced, the client will be sent full details regarding the candidate. This will include a curriculum vitae, references, and photographs. An interview schedule will then be arranged and the client will have the opportunity to liaise with the candidate to confirm details.
